Mr. Meneses' experience qualified him as an Expert Witness in several cases:

Case (CIV CASE NO. 02-CIV-4890) in February 2003. He provided his professional consulting and expert testimony services on consumer behavior of Hispanic/Latinos and the cultural implications in dealing with Americans.

He also provided testimony on a case as an expert witness 2002-036939 in San Francisco December 2003 on a Discrimination of Employment Case.

Case No. 03C4230 in January 2004, United States District Court Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division. Mr. Meneses provide his professional opinion on consumer behavior of the Hispanic/Latino consumer.

Mr. Meneses holds several seminars annually and is a highly regarded on issues related to the Hispanic/Latino population including demographics, psychographics, level of acculturation, assimilation and cultural implications.
